Yes, we do require access to a working water spigot on the outside of the house. Our trucks do have a water tank, but we reserve that tank for instances where there is no water access. Pressure washing uses half the amount of water as a typical water hose, and the average amount of water used would equate to approximatly $1-$4 on your monthly water bill (Metro Atlanta average based on gallons used on typical house wash).

For a lot of our chemicals to be most effective, they would need to set on the surface for a given amount of time. Because of the immediate wash-out the rain would create, we would reschedule your appointment, should it be actively raining at the start of it.
